Power BI Storage Totals / Workspace
Hi KarenL7 - You might not have the necessary permissions to access storage metrics. Make sure you are a Power BI Service Administrator or have been granted the required rights.
The feature might not be properly enabled for your organization. Check with your Global Admin or Microsoft support.
alternatively, you can see the details using API too. like Postman or integrate APIs into a script (Python or PowerShell).

rajendraongole1 Thank you once again for all your help with this - I will need to consult with my colleague who is also an admin and we can go through the settings - apologies for the delay in getting back to you.
We will investigate all of this further which will take time. I will take your suggestion as a solution as there is nothing else we can do for the moment - thank you so much for your help with this
