Power BI Storage Totals / Workspace
Hi KarenL7 - You might not have the necessary permissions to access storage metrics. Make sure you are a Power BI Service Administrator or have been granted the required rights.
The feature might not be properly enabled for your organization. Check with your Global Admin or Microsoft support.
alternatively, you can see the details using API too. like Postman or integrate APIs into a script (Python or PowerShell).

I have accepted a solution - apologies for lateness for response.
I have taken the response for the moment as I will need to work on the ideas suggested as it will take time to go through them.
