Hi,
I am facing an issue with Power BI Slicers. When a new version of a PowerBI report is published over a previous version, some users still see a old version that is cached in their browser.
example: I updated a filter to Power BI report almost a month ago and still some users sees only the previous filter criteria.
The persistent filter is not enabled. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you.
Hi All,
Sorry for the delayed response.
We were checking the changes in old report instead of latest report that has been developed, As it is being used in webpage, we couldn't identify it sooner.
Thank you for the support.

Hi @Anonymous ,
The problem of displaying outdated versions in reports can generally be solved by clearing the cache. You can try the following actions.
1. Clear Browser Cache: You can try clearing its browser cache. Cached data can sometimes cause an older version of a report to be displayed.
2. Update the application: If the report is part of a Power BI application, make sure you update the application after releasing a new version of the report.
3. If the above does not solve the problem, try deleting the semantic model in the Power Bi workspace, which also automatically deletes the report. Then save the desktop report and republish it to the workspace. If you have a planned refresh, please reset the data settings.
If your Current Period does not refer to this, please clarify in a follow-up reply.
Best Regards,
Clara Gong
