Power BI Sharing through Sharepoint

hi

I am a Power BI Premium Per User .

I have created a few dashboards using power BI and publish them, share them through sharepoint.

Recently , many of the users received this message and unable to access the dashboard.

Do my users need to have Power BI pro to access the dashboard ?

Is there any way for my users to access it for free ?

Hi @AndrewHam

1.Your recipients also need Power BI Pro or Premium Per User (PPU) licenses, unless the content is in a Premium capcacity, you can consider set a capcacity with P SKU. You can refer to the following link.

https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/collaborate-share/service-share-dashboards#prerequisites

https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/consumer/end-user-license#put-it-all-together

2.You can consider to publish the report to web so that the user can see it without any license, you can refer to the following link.

Publish to web from Power BI - Power BI | Microsoft Learn
