When you replace existing tables in your Power BI Dashboard with a Shared Dataset, the relationships between the tables and the measures that depend on them may no longer work if they were based on the old tables that you have deleted.

To fix this issue, you can try the following steps:

  1. Check the Data Model tab to ensure that the tables from the Shared Dataset have been imported correctly, including their relationships. If the relationships are not visible, you may need to create them manually.

  2. Check the measures that are no longer working and update them to use the correct fields from the new tables. If the measures were based on fields that no longer exist, you will need to update or recreate them.

  3. If the Shared Dataset includes a Date Table, make sure it is set as the Date Table in the Data Model. You can do this by going to the Modeling tab, selecting the Date Table, and clicking on the "Mark as Date Table" button.

  4. Test your report to ensure that everything is working as expected.

It's also worth noting that when you replace existing tables with a Shared Dataset, any existing report visuals that were based on the old tables will need to be updated to use the new tables.
