Power BI Shape map visual resets to default

This problem has only come up in the past few weeks after having no issues.

When I go to publish my power BI report to the website the shape map resets to default rather than the TopoJSON file that it has on the desktop version. When I then edit the file to re-add this map file it does not save and instead keeps resetting to the deafult map.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
