Power BI Service unable to refresh Access Database with linked connection

Hi Guys

I have a report using as its datasource an Access Database with a linked table. The linked table refreshes from a csv file.

Refreshing this report from Power BI desktop works perfectly. When we try to refresh the the datasource from the Power BI Service however it fails and we get this error:

Underlying error message: We're sorry, an error occurred during evaluation.

We have ensured all the network paths are exactly the same in both Desktop and in the Enterprise Gateway and installed the latest versions of MS Access and the Access Databse Engine on both my PC and on the Gateway.

When testing the exact same report but using an Access Database that does not have linked tables, the refesh works.
