Hi guys,
I'm fairly new to using Power BI and when I published a dashboard on Power Bi Service and set a scheduled restart it gave me this error message:
Data source error: Expression.Error: The '<ccon>Authorization' header is only supported when connecting anonymously. These headers can be used with all authentication types: Accept, Accept-Charset, Accept-Encoding, Accept-Language, Cache-Control, Content-Type, If-Modified-Since, Prefer, Range, Referer. </ccon>. The exception was raised by the IDbCommand interface. Table: Asset Tagging.

My data is from Kobo Toolkit which requires a Username and Password to use. When I set the Type to Anonymous, my credentials are wrong and it does not connect. The dashboard on Power BI Desktop refreshes without any problems.
Any help is appreciated.
Thank you

yes, but how are you supposed to provide them? Directly as part of the API call, or encapsulated in the header? What does the Kobo documentation say?
When I removed the username and password it worked. It's just that my credentials remain unverified but it picks the data. Thank you though.
