Power BI Service refresh issue due to credential authentication failure

Hi every one,

my scheduled and manual refresh doesnt  work anymore

i have a on-premise datagateway (personnal mode) and the source is a simple excel file on my PC

the pb comes from the failure of source credential (excel file on my pc)

i am one organisation azure active directory. i put windows

my gateway is ok (green)

the erreor message is this one (translate from french) 

Failed to update data source credentials: The input is not a valid Base 64 string because it contains a non-Base 64 character, more than two padding characters, or a non-base character conforms among filler characters

 

any one can help me ?

    Hi jlpnea ,

     

    It refers to an error during decoding.It may related to gateway version.

    Please upgrage your gateway to the latest version (both personal and enterprise) and have a try again.

    I have done that i am on version 3000.82.4 on both version

    on personnal version, still NOK

    on entreprise version its ok, but only on demand refresh. On planned refresh, out of office hours  (my gateway is up, but no openned session) i have message Gateway unreachable

    ??
