Power BI Service not updating data - only manually updates in Desktop works

Hi, 

I have a report using three different data sources: SQL, Analysis Service and a local file - all using a gateway connection. In Power BI Service the dataset refreshes without any issues as a scheduled refresh.

The problem is however that the data is not updated in the report in Service eventhough I can manually refresh the desktop file with latest data.

Yesterday, late in the evening, I manually pushed the Refresh-button in the Service Report and it updated, although its obviously not sustainable to manually update the data.
