Power BI Service - no measures, but does it support it?

Hello

According to the Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service comparison chart, Power BI Service does not have measures.

Does it also mean it does not support measures?  When we develope a report using Power BI Desktop and when we create some measures in the report, it works in Power BI Server.  If we move it or copy it to Power BI Service, would it NOT work?

Or we simply cannot create measures in Power BI Service, and reports with measures would still work?
