Hello,
Manual refresh doesn't work anymore. Scheduled refresh works in some occasions. Can the Power BI team clearify what is happening?
We are using Power BI Pro and are based in The Netherlands

What is your data source and did you use gateway in your scenario?
If the gateway is used, Please check the version of your gateway and update it to the latest one to try again.
If not, please check your network and refresh again. Btw,sharing the screen shot of your issue to me will be better.

In the mean time we did not into run into this scenario anymore. Will keep you posted if it happens again!
Power BI service manual refresh is not working again and all systems are up. Can the Power BI team clarify what is going on?
When manually freshing it does not trigger the refresh. We do not have network problems or systems that are curently down..
