Power BI Service issue down not working

I've noticed after today's global Power BI service outage it looks like we are partially back online. However whenever I try to publish to my existing workspaces (which I've created) I get an error saying "Sorry, you don't have access to publish to this workspace. Please contact the owner for access". However I am the owner.

Is anyone else experiencing this or know what's happening? Thanks
