Dear Community,

The new layout of Power BI Service arouses frustration at my company.

I was wondering if there is someway to let the Service remember the filter you set for report or dataset in a workspace. Users in my company don't need to and don't want to see data set, only reports.

Previous version of PBI Service remembered if you selected report as filter in the workspace. However, now when I leave a workspace and reopen it than the filter is reset and users see both the reports and the dataset.

Is there anyway to hide the datasets for users of make PBI Service remember the filter?

Hi @NvanOort ,

Please try to add user to the workspace with Viewer role, that they could only see reports and dashboards.
