Power BI Service error: Package 'plotly' has a dependency that is currently unavailable

Hi guys,&nbsp;I had R visuals that were working on Power BI desktop and published on Power BI Service. But now I was told I need to install packages on the desktop and on the Service. I managed to update the R packages and it works on desktop but not on the service. I am getting the following error:&nbsp;Package 'plotly' has a dependency that is currently unavailable&nbsp;

Hi. I'm sorry but regardling to R visuals if the library is not supported in service you can't add it. It is different from a transformation or connecter because they have to go through gateway, but the visual will render on service directly.
This is the list of R libraries you can use in Power Bi Service.

Yes I do understand that but this is a dependency of plotly and plotly is a supported package on the list you sent. Moreover, this dashboard works in desktop and it used to work on Power BI Service last month.
