Hello,
I have a strange issue. In Power BI Service I created a dataset that was based on an Excel file on Sharepoint. On this dataset I created several reports in Power BI Desktop.
A few days ago, the dataset couldn't be refreshed (manually and by schedule).
I've checked the Excel file, everything is fine. Data is imported by Power Query and the data model is updated each day. It seems like the link between Power BI Service and the Excel file is broken, but I can't find any errors. Also, the renewal history for this data set in Power BI Service doesn't give any errors.
When I create a new dataset in Power BI Service based on the same Excel file, I can see the new data (but I don't want to re-create my reports).
Any thoughts?
Thank you in advance.
hi @Serge83
What is the detail information in the "refresh history"?
Do you mean that it still shows "Completed" in it?
Best Regards,
Lin
