Power BI Service: The database has been placed in a state by user 'Admin' on machine

I found a similar error while refreshing the database from the power BI desktop and I have band aided the issue by unticking 'Enable parallel loading of tables' in Options --> Current File, Data Load, however it returns a similar error while refreshing from power BI service. Please check the image below for the reference.
