Power BI Service Semantic Model Refresh Issues

This may have something to do with your data source, such as a cloud data source, such as when you delete a file on OneDrive and re-upload it, the new file will have a different file ID. This is because each time a file is uploaded, OneDrive assigns it a new unique identifier (ID). This means that even if the file content is the same, the ID of the file will be different.
If you're using the file as a data source in Power BI, you'll need to reconfigure the data source after you re-upload it, as the new file ID will invalidate the original link.

This wasn't exactly the solution, but it got me where I needed to go. I had just moved the files I was using in Power BI to reorganize the SharePoint folders a bit. At the time, I had gone through all the queries and fixed the paths and the data was being refreshed correctly, but for whatever reason it did not like it when it was suppose to do auto refresh. So, I needed to completely redo the queries for the SharePoint files. After that everything worked right away.
