Power BI Service Scheduled Refresh Not Working

Scheduled Refreshes in Power BI Service is not working. Issue started at Aug 07, 2025 GMT+8, scheduled refreshes of semantic models are not being triggered.

Microsoft has not made the root cause public, but its most likely related to backend servers issue.

Thanks for reaching out to the Microsoft fabric community forum.

Power BI Customers with tenants located in South East Asia may experience scheduled refresh failures. Engineers are investigating the issue and an update will be provided soon.

Per initial observation, the scheduled refreshes has started working at around 1330H (GMT+8) onwards. Appreciate if we can identify the cause of this issue.

The Schedule Refresh issue has been fixed for South East Asia region on 08/06/2025, 10:02 AM PDT.

same issue happened in VN since last night 10pm till now

same issue here since 7 Aug GMT+7, all refreshes across multiple workspaces does not trigger and no notification. However, on-demand refreshes and direct query does work

I'm experiencing the same issue—scheduled refreshes for semantic models haven't been triggering since August 7, 2025 (GMT+5) on my end as well. Has anyone identified the root cause or found a workaround? Would appreciate any updates or insights.
