Power BI Service Report does not automatic page refresh, but dashboard does.
Hello,
I have a DirectQuery source for my Power BI report on desktop, and I publish it to Power BI service, with the automatic page refresh option ticked. Unfortunately the visual remain freezing and I can't have the real-time function as I want. However, when I pin it to dashboard, it works but with some lagging. I would like to know how I can make the report on Power BI service automatically refresh. Thank you.

By default when using the Automatic page refresh in Power BI Pro license it can only refresh automatically every 30minutes.

While the dashboard is set to refresh every 5 minutes as far as I am aware. If you want it to automatically refresh more often you would need to look at Power BI Premium per user or Premium Capacity.
