Power BI Service Refresh fails frequently.

We are getting a frequent error when Power BI Service tries to update my dataset, by schedule or manual updates.
It is always the same error, the only thing that change is the table marked as "exceptionCulprit"

here is the last error massage:
Erro de fonte de dados: {"error":{"code":"DM_GWPipeline_Gateway_MashupDataAccessError","pbi.error":{"code":"DM_GWPipeline_Gateway_MashupDataAccessError","parameters":{},"details":[{"code":"DM_ErrorDetailNameCode_UnderlyingErrorCode","detail":{"type":1,"value":"-2147467259"}},{"code":"DM_ErrorDetailNameCode_UnderlyingErrorMessage","detail":{"type":1,"value":"A directory needed for evaluation could not be created. We already change server for the Gateway On-Premises (now is running in a 64gb of ram with 80+ gb of free space in disc).
The Gateway is up to date
In the last 17 update attempts, 2 were successful, so sometimes the update runs as intended, but most of the time, we get this error

Some other information:

Our dataset has 180mb

We are importing the data (but we already tried with incremental update, and had the same problem)

Does anyone knows how to resolve this?

The user logged in service has full access to the folder.

It is good to note that the dataset size might have something to do with it, because I published a small dataset (a dimension with only 15 rows and 4 columns), and I configured it to be updated 8 times a day and it never fails

Hi @andremendes

The error looks like the account running the On-Premise software does not have the right access on your Gateway. If you can go into the services, view the Logon Account and make sure that this same account has got access to the folder C:\\Users\\PBIEgwService\\AppData\\Local\\
