Power BI Service Refresh Not working

Hi Guys,

Something weird is happening none of my Power BI reports in the Service are refreshing, not the schedule refreshes neither the refresh I am manually triggering. The desktop works perfectly fine. I am not even getting any errors. I have not made any changes . Is someone having the same problem or if you guys have a fix please let me know I will really appreciate it.

Same here! Major bug, as nothing works. Service is completely down. 

When I try to reschedule gives an error.

Hi, @Prashant_leo 

First verify that the gateway version is the latest version. You can check the following link:

Troubleshoot refresh scenarios - Power BI | Microsoft Learn


Verify that the report has a gateway selected. If you don't select a gateway, the data source may have changed or been lost.
Make sure that all data sources are authenticated correctly and check if your credentials have expired.

Check for errors in Power Query. If you're dealing with massive datasets, it can cause problems. Long-running queries can cause timeouts. Or maybe there might be an issue with the Power BI service itself and you need to wait for a while. You can check the following link:
