Power BI Service Refresh Issues with Sharepoint

Hi All, 

 

We are currently having Power BI refresh issues only within the service. It continously fails because of an excel file within a sharepoint site. He is the error we get:

I have removed the HTML for the sharepoint site in the error message above

 

The weird thing is that we have other datasets that hit the same excel on the sharepoint site and they refresh just fine. It is only within this one dataset where it fails. 

 

Wondering if anyone has had similar issues recently and how it was resolved?

    Hi Anonymous 

    Please download the report on the Service, and open it in Power BI Desktop, then go to Data source Settings, all listed data sources need to be added in data gateway. And when you create data source in data gateway, connection information must be the same as used in Power BI Desktop.
