Hello Everyone,
We are currently facing an issue in the Power BI Service, where many of our files are failing to refresh. Additionally, our manual attempts to download and refresh these files have also been unsuccessful.
Your expertise in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.

There are a number of reasons why the refresh fails, you can check the detailed error messages in the refresh history, this can help to understand the error messages
Once you understand the error message, you can target the error message to find a solution, such as gateway and credentials

there's many reasons why it's not refreshing, depends on the error you're receiving.
make sure that the credentials are correct.
