Hello everyone, we are experimenting some issues when trying to load our information in Power BI Service to our Reports which use SAP Business Warehouse as Data Source.
Background:
This report has been published in PBI Service for almost 3 months, but eventually we had to make some adjustments and had to add information from WEB data source. With this last adjustment, our .pbix file increased it size from 20Mb to 200Mb. Nevertheless, this report always takes 30-40mins to upload in Desktop and 25-30mins to upload in PBI Service. Nevertheless, today we had an issue refreshing the data on PowerBI Service even though we are not presenting any issue refreshing the data from PBI Desktop. The error that appears is the following:

My questions are:
- Can this issue be related to the weight of the data?
- I have noticed in PBI Desktop that the Data source that takes longer time for refresh is the one that is “called” from SAP BW. For example, from BW the table has 67,070 and 136 columns. Can this lead to this error? Let’s clarify that there a couple of other reports that are being refreshed at the same time but not from the same source.
- This has something to do with the gateway?
