Power BI Service Refresh Error - Snowflake data source

Through your description, do you mean "refresh" in powerbi desktop as shown below?

Refresh normally in the desktop indicates that the data source has been successfully connected and the correct query statement has been used.

Therefore, it may be that the corresponding gateway is not configured after publish to service. For direct query, to connect to the local data source, the gateway must be passed, otherwise the query cannot be sent to the data source.
