Power BI Service Problem managing Premium Workspace



One of my users have several issues on her power BI Premium Workspace and I don't find anything about this problems:

- Once in the workspace, she can't see the left ribbon with Home, Create, etc.

- When clicking on the 3 dots near Semantic model, she see the Settings menu but clicking on it does nothing.

- When trying to update the Application, an error message appear "Publishing Fail, try again later" (traduced from french message).


What should I check, modify to solve the error?

Hi. This is really weird. I would probably clean cache/cookies, but a better check might be using a different browser just in case something got stuck at that one cache. Because it's a web app, it should work equally for all. So if something is not working like a menu button, it's a browser issue. On the other hand, if she can't see stuff it's permission issue.
