Hello everyone! I've been struggling the last couple days with a dashboard that works completely fine locally and in a test workspace in PBI Service, but when I upload it to a premium workspace its performance is completely different from the test site. My company's IT support said that the test site actually uses my own PC CPU to process things, that's why the performance is so much better than the premium site, is this correct? Thank you in advance.

Hi @dkb941007
Not quite sure that your PC is better than a premium workspace capacity, unless your PC is a "super computer" 😉
The performance in the service could be slightly different and that's because of a different factors, like Internet connection, CU capacity, Server location... but most importantly is how a report is acting in the service.
So if you think that the report in a Premium capacity is significantly slow then you have 2 options, either you rase the capacity(cost will go up), or you do some tunning on your semantic model to optimise performance.
