Power BI Service Outage - The cancel refresh operation has been disabled

Looks like there's something going on in Power BI Service. As of today, we are experiencing the following issue for all semantic models:

@vanessa0130 @v-yanimei-msft  I worked with Microsoft Support over the weekend, and they reached out to the product team and them put in a quick fix to resolve the issue. I asked about root cause, and they said to check service health dashboard.  Still investigating what caused it.

Thank you for the updates! I was able to cancel the refresh later that day but the refresh itself were still stalled occationally. I did not observe any abnormal bebavior yesterday.

@vanessa0130 , thanks for your concern about this case, I have some additions for problem solving.

@JSanders28 , thank you for giving a specific description of the problem. Based on your description, I will give you the following steps to solve the problem.

1.Check your capacity. Use the refresh cancellation feature to stop refreshing semantic models that reside on Premium, Premium Per User (PPU) or Power BI Embedded capacities.

2.Check your access. To cancel a semantic model refresh, you need to be a contributor, member or an admin of the semantic model's workspace.

3.Check your mode. Semantic model refresh cancellation only works with semantic models that use import mode or composite mode.

We are at US East Region as well, but I did't see any power bi outage reported for US East region

I am seeting the same issue. Are you having abnormally longer refreshing time as well

Yes! Something must be going on. Just curious do you know where where Power BI is located?  Our Power BI capacity is in the U.S. East Region.
