Power BI Service - Next refresh timestamp incorrect for workspace

Next refresh timestamp differs from workspace to that of dataset settings.

For example

The workspace next refresh time of 10am is incorrect and should be 2pm as shown by the dataset settings.

Note performing a 'Refresh now' will update the workspace next refresh to the correct timestamp value.
