Every time I have seen this it is because the user has multiple profiles set up on their browser and Microsoft is seeing their personal account. I would talk to your user about this and if they have a personal profile on their Chrome or Edge browser instruct them to remove that personal profile from their work computer and only maintain a organizational account on their organizational device.

Got them to sign out of their personal profile on Chrome and that resolved the issue. Thank you!
