Power BI Service Issue - graphs not showing

Hi, 

 

Is there an issue with Power BI Service today (27/11/2023)? All of a sudden, I am not able to see bar charts in service but on desktop this is showing? Also a user is not able to see a matrix table in service but I can see it fine?

    Hi yaman123 

     

    It might be an issue, what you could do is to clear your browser cache. Then log out and log back in and see if that works?

    That seems to have worked. Strange its only happening for some users and not all in my business.

    Similar issues throughout our business yesterday and today.  I've tried to isolate to a browser and "appears" Edge is having issues but Chrome is ok.  I'll have them clear their browser cache.

    May I ask what is the data source of your report? Is the visual object one that becomes blank after the dataset is refreshed?

      My data sources are excel and database server
