Power BI Service Incredibly Slow.

Is anyone experiencing severe slowdowns in power bi service?  All of our reports are loading so slowly that they are almost unusable.  And when we select slicers/filters/etc, the update happens incredibly slow (sometimes minutes later).  I tried to publish an update to a dataset this morning, and it took nearly 10 minutes when it usually takes 30-45 seconds.

I'm trying to figure out if this is a power bi issue, our company's network being slow due to so many people working remotely, or some other issue.  The power bi support page says everything is running "smooth".

Thanks.

Hi @Anonymous

1. The location of the gateway installation can have a significant impact on your query performance. Try to make sure that your gateway, data source locations, and the Power BI tenant are as close as possible to each other to minimize network latency.

2. The Chromium based browsers work best in my opinion, so Chrome or Edge.

Hi there

Can you make sure that it is your internet connection?

What happens if you do a speed test?

You can also look at the performance inspector on dashboards and see if that says anything is slow?
