Power BI Service Data Location & Transfers
I want to confirm that if our company chooses a Power BI tenant location that is in Canada that none of our data that goes up to the Service will ever leave Canada. None of it. No metadata or anything. It's very important for regulatory compliance.

that is correct. If you are even more sensitive about your data as some customers are, you can consider Power BI report Server and deploy on premises.
