Power BI Service: Can the Navigation Pane be modified?

Greetings!

Is there a way to modify the items in the Power BI Service Navigation Pane?  For example, if we do not want user(s) to see "Deployment Pipelines" , can this menu item be hidden?  I suspect what is made available is based on license, but if an organization wanted to remove that link if the user(s) are not ready to use specific features/functionality, can the navigation items displayed be modified?
