Power BI Service App Permissions not Saving

Hello,   Is anyone else experiencing an issue with App Permissions not saving?  It is preventing me from given access to users because it will not persist after I update.
Need Help

Hi Anonymous ,

 

Is this problem sloved?

If you create an app with a shared dataset and there is RLS, you also need to add the user as a viewer for the workspace.
