Power BI Service | App Disappearing

I have this too. It is an app I have created and that I publish. However, it doesn;t appear in "My Apps". Like your colleague I can click on "Get Apps" and it will install it and all appears well, until, I navigate away and return to the app when it has disappeared from my App list. In the workspace where the reports that make up the app are the "Include in App" radio buttons are "washed out" (a more colourful version of the standard "greyed out"). But I am still able to refresh and update the app. I have "Install this App Automatically" ticked. My audiences are based on a Teams Team membership, the workspace users (which is the teams membership) and a mailing list for my whole department, about 400-500 people. Going to my PBi service home page it doesn't appear among my Favorites or frequents, although it is both. Adding it to my favourites does not make it appear in this list either. In the workspace I see the options "Endorse this app", "Stop Featuring this app" (so, apparently I am featuring it) and "Unpublish App". I don't see the "Feature this app on home" option presumably because I have already chosen it but it appears not to work. Did you ever resolve this?
