Power BI Service Access Authentication Issue

My Power BI service is not accessible to me. The domain will ask for an authenticator code when I log in, however the authenticator app only generates codes from my personal email address.

My attempt to include Authenticator in the domain name has failed.

You can try the following to troubleshoot the problem.

 

  • Check the Authenticator App Configuration: If you have more than one account on the authenticator app, make sure you are logged into the correct account.

 

 

  • Clear Browser Cache: Sometimes clearing your browser's cache can solve the problem you're experiencing when logging in.

Thank's for the feedback.

Upon exploring your third suggestion, I opted to transition from using Chrome to utilizing the Edge browser. Subsequently, the Edge browser successfully facilitated the authentication process.
