Power BI Service Access Authentication Issue
My Power BI service is not accessible to me. The domain will ask for an authenticator code when I log in, however the authenticator app only generates codes from my personal email address.
My attempt to include Authenticator in the domain name has failed.

Hi gbekoilias
Based on the information you provided, the following is the case description: you are having trouble logging in because the authentication app is generating a code for your personal email address instead of the email address associated with the Power BI service domain.
You can try the following to troubleshoot the problem.- Check the Authenticator App Configuration: If you have more than one account on the authenticator app, make sure you are logged into the correct account.
- Add Your Work Account to the Authenticator App. You can refer to the following link: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/account-billing/add-your-work-or-school-account-to-the-microsoft-authenticator-app-43a73ab5-b4e8-446d-9e54-2a4cb8e4e93c
- Clear Browser Cache: Sometimes clearing your browser's cache can solve the problem you're experiencing when logging in.
If I've misunderstood you, please provide more detailed information. We can better understand the problem and help you. Show it as a screenshot or excel. Please remove any sensitive data in advance.

Thank's for the feedback.
Upon exploring your third suggestion, I opted to transition from using Chrome to utilizing the Edge browser. Subsequently, the Edge browser successfully facilitated the authentication process.
