Have you apply any share operations on this report?

Accoridng to your snapshot, it seems like your service displayed wrong datetime, it may also related to power bi service. If this is a case, I'd like to suggest you open a support ticket to ensure if this issue related to power bi service .

BTW, if you turn on and turn off schedule feature, the next planned refresh time will update to your dataset list.
