Power BI Scheduled refresh Malfunction.

Have you apply any share operations on this report?
&nbsp;
Accoridng to your snapshot, it seems like your service displayed wrong datetime, it may also related to power bi service.&nbsp;If this is a case, I'd like to suggest you open a support ticket to ensure if this issue related to power bi service .
&nbsp;
BTW, if you turn on and turn off schedule feature, the next planned refresh time will update to your dataset list.
