Power BI Rest API to send out a report to over come RLS issues

Hi, I am facing an issue with  RLS when sharing reports via the power bi email subscription method and after doing some research, it would appear that a Power BI Rest API can help me over come this issue. However unclear of what I will need to do to set this up, I understand that the report will need emedding and and some coding and scripting will be involved however any advice and guidance will be much apprecaited

Please explain what you mean by "issue with RLS".  Are you trying to circumvent the RLS?

Hi I would like to Implement RLS (row level security) on Power BI reports, I have set up the correct RLS in Desktop , however I have been having issues implement RLS using the power bi Service subscription method where by confidential data is previewed by groups of people who should not be seeing things.

I have been exploring different options and looking over the options I found that using Rest API for Power BI reports where the use of an embedded power bi report can resolve this and also be able to email the report out to the end user.

Emailing the report out to the end user circumvents RLS. You need to use non-technical processes (Standards of Business Conduct, for example) to address the data leakage potential.
