Power BI Report embed to customized Web application.

We are currently in the process of developing Power BI reports and require assistance with various aspects, including report development, publishing, and embedding the reports into our customized web application. Additionally, we would like to understand the credentials required for accessing the reports, as well as the license details and associated costs.

Currently, we have developed a sample report using the Power BI Pro trial version and have successfully embedded it in our application. However, we have encountered an issue where the report prompts users for credentials to access the content. Our objective is to have control over the Power BI report access through our application, ensuring a seamless user experience.

To achieve this, we kindly request your guidance on the recommended approach we should take. Specifically, we would appreciate detailed information on the following:
  1. Type of Power BI license required: We would like to understand which specific license type is needed to enable the desired functionality and control over report access through our web application. Are there any specific licensing options tailored for embedding Power BI reports within a custom application? Is there a fixed cost license available that would suit our requirements, rather than the Pay As You Go model?
  1. Cost of the license: It would be immensely helpful if you could provide detailed information regarding the pricing structure for the required Power BI license. We are interested in understanding whether there is a fixed cost for the license or if it is based on a usage per license model. Additionally, if there are any other related costs or considerations that we should be aware of, please let us know.
  1. Report access and credentials: As mentioned earlier, our aim is to have seamless report access controlled through our web application. We would like to understand how we can avoid the prompt for user credentials when accessing the embedded Power BI reports. Is there a way to authenticate users automatically based on their existing login credentials within our application?

Furthermore, to ensure a smooth implementation, we would appreciate your guidance on the following points:

      User Perspective:
What privileges do users need to access and interact with the embedded Power BI reports in our application?
Are there any limitations or restrictions on user privileges?

     Developer Perspective:
What privileges do developers require to create, design, and modify Power BI reports using Power BI Desktop                  or the Power BI service?
Are there any specific privileges needed for embedding Power BI reports into our custom web application, like                  generating embed codes or accessing APIs?

     Power BI Admin Perspective:
What are the key responsibilities and privileges of a Power BI admin in managing user access to Power BI                         resources?
Are there specific roles or permissions that should be assigned to the Power BI admin for effective management?
What are the recommended practices for content management, including creating, publishing, and organizing                 reports, dashboards, and datasets within the Power BI workspace or app?

We greatly appreciate your assistance in providing detailed information on these points. Your insights will be invaluable in helping us make informed decisions regarding our Power BI integration. Thank you for your time and support.
