Power BI Report Server keeps showing "Loading Data" in IE Browser

Hi

I use Power BI Report Server Version 1.2.6660.39920 (March 2018)  and when opening a Power BI report via IE browser, it keeps showing  "Loading Data" progress while rendering the content.  But it doesnt show the save behaviour if I open via Chrome browser though.

Power BI Report Server  :

Version 1.2.6660.39920 (March 2018)

Internet Explorer : 

Version 11.0.10240.17443
Update Version 11.0.43 (KB4021558)

please advise how to solve this. I try to search from the internet mostly tell to clear browser cache which it doesnt work.
