Hello,
I hope you can help me. I have set up an PowerBi-Report with a lot of visuals and table in european format. Now i have startet to Email-Report the figures of our company daily to the management, and - however- figures in png-Pictures are formated in the wrong way now, e.g. commas (,) instead of points (.). The Subtext of the Email-Report is also in english, not in german ("You’re receiving this email because you subscribed ...").
I have set the regional settings (local and global in Power Bi Desktop and on https://app.powerbi.com/ in settings) to german, but for some reason the format is not correct in the Email-Report. Visuals and table look fine online and offline.
Here is the snapshot of the Email-Report and a Focus-Picture of the figures in american format:

But now: Same Problem again since Monday. American Style again. Any help appriciated.

The settings on app.powerbi.com are fine. I will get back to you and the silent readers with the answer from the support.
This behavior is currently English only for the email text. You can suggest a new feature here(I did not see this being asked yet): https://ideas.powerbi.com/forums/265200-power-bi-ideas
I have placed the idea of email text in language according to Power-BI settings.
Regarding Picture-Format, I am waiting for the ticket solution.
Microsoft support has written regarding the american format of the png:
"We have filed the same with the engineering team which is currently pending with them and there is no ETA on when it could be fixed. Unfortunately, there is no suggested workaround either.
Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused.
However, we are trying our best to get an Approx. ETA for you. "
