Power BI Report Link is not working

It sounds like there may be an issue with the permissions or settings when creating new sharing links for reports in Power BI. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot and potentially resolve the issue:

1. **Check Sharing Settings**: Verify that the sharing settings for the report are configured correctly. Ensure that the user you're trying to share the report with has the appropriate permissions to access the report. You can check and adjust these settings in the Power BI service by navigating to the report, clicking on "File" > "Share", and verifying the sharing settings.

2. **Review Workspace Permissions**: If the report is located in a workspace, make sure that the user has been granted access to the workspace itself. Workspace access permissions can override report-level sharing settings, so it's important to check both.

3. **Confirm User Email Address**: Double-check that you're entering the correct email address for the user when sharing the report. Typos or inaccuracies in the email address can prevent the user from receiving the sharing invitation.

4. **Test with Another User**: Try sharing the report with another user to see if the issue persists. This can help determine if the problem is specific to the user you're trying to share with or if it's a broader issue with sharing links.

5. **Clear Browser Cache and Cookies**: Sometimes, issues with sharing links can be related to browser cache or cookies. Try clearing your browser's cache and cookies, then try creating and sharing a new link again.

6. **Check for Service Outages or Updates**: Occasionally, issues with sharing links may be caused by service outages or updates on the Power BI platform. Check the Power BI service status page or the Microsoft 365 Service Health dashboard for any reported issues or maintenance activities.

7. **Contact Power BI Support**: If you've tried the above steps and are still experiencing issues, consider reaching out to Power BI support for further assistance. They can help troubleshoot the issue and provide guidance on resolving it.

By following these steps, you should be able to identify and address the issue with creating new sharing links for reports in Power BI.
