Power BI Report Builder Installation

Hi, I'm trying to install Power BI Report Builder but I ran into this message, can anyone help me figuring out how to resolve this?

      Hi, thank you for your suggestion! When I tried to install .Net framework, I got below message. what should I do?

        Try installing .NET Framework 4.8 and restart your machine after this then try installing the Report Builder.
