You can try the following actions:

Ensure that you have sufficient permissions to register the application. You must be an administrator in a Microsoft Entra tenant, or you must enable application registration for non-administrative users.

If the Power BI app registration tool is not working as expected, consider using the Azure portal directly for app registration.

Ensure that application and subject object IDs are handled correctly.
