Ok. Are you running a refresh dataset in group or an enhanced refresh API request? Is the dataset stored at a dedicated capacity or is it a pro shared capacity?

That can say a little bit about the request.

Dedicated capacity and when i see the refresh history in Power BI, i see enhanced.

Do you think that can be the problem?

    Are any of the tables set up for incremental refresh?  We noticed recently that "Full"  was not honored in those cases reliably.
