Based on our understanding, the issue appears to be related to the Power BI Service Q&A experience rather than the report design itself.

We request you to kindly confirm, whether the issue occurs only for this report or for all Q&A enabled reports, whether other users are experiencing the same behavior, the semantic model connection mode (Import, DirectQuery, Live Connection, or Composite) and the workspace type (Pro, PPU, or Fabric Capacity).
Additionally, please verify that the semantic model refresh is completing successfully. We request you to kindly test the report in an InPrivate or Incognito browser session and confirm whether the issue persists across different browsers.
