Power BI Q & A Questions

Hello,

I am new to Power BI and have a quick question regarding the Q & A feature.

I am creating a dashboard for our exectuive team who are only interested in the nult and bolts of infomation, like for example total headcount. But, I don't want them to be able to search for the names of people that make up the headcount using the Q & A feature. Do you know if you can filter out info that can searched on?

Thanks

Ross

Hi Ross,

From my understanding if the columns are hidden they will not be part of the Q&A and any person who is viewing the data will not see hidden columns.
